Our Story
Built on the Treasure Coast. Built to Last.
Alpha Floor Coatings was founded by tradespeople who were tired of watching homeowners get burned by cheap kits and fly-by-night contractors. We set out to do it right — every prep, every coat, every time.
Why We Started Alpha Floor Coatings
We've been in the trades on the Treasure Coast for over a decade. In that time, we watched the same story play out over and over: a homeowner spends a weekend on a big-box epoxy kit, it looks great for six months, then it peels, chips, and turns yellow in the Florida sun. They call us to fix it — and the fix costs more than doing it right the first time would have.
Alpha Floor Coatings exists because we believe your garage floor, basement, or commercial space deserves a coating that actually holds up. That means 100% solids epoxy — not the watered-down stuff. It means diamond grinding, not acid washing. It means a UV-stable polyaspartic topcoat that won't yellow in South Florida's sun. And it means a crew that shows up on time, does the work right, and stands behind it.
We've completed 500+ projects across Port Saint Lucie, Stuart, Jupiter, West Palm Beach, and throughout Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Every one of them gets the same level of care — whether it's a single-car garage or a 10,000 sq ft warehouse.
What We Stand For
Our Craft. Our Standards.
No Shortcuts on Prep
Diamond grinding opens the concrete pores for a true mechanical bond. We test for moisture, repair cracks, and degrease oil contamination before a single drop of coating goes down. Prep is 80% of the job.
Professional-Grade Materials Only
We use 100% solids epoxy systems and UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats — the same materials used in commercial and industrial applications. No big-box kits, no water-based shortcuts.
We Show Up and Follow Through
We give you a written quote, show up on the scheduled day, and complete the job as promised. No ghosting, no surprise charges, no half-finished floors.
100% Satisfaction Guaranteed
We don't consider a job done until you're happy with it. If something isn't right, we make it right — no arguments, no excuses.
